Blair's 21 points in the month of October led all GOJHL Western Conference scorers. His month was highlighted by three wins in particular in which he scored a total of 14 points. In an 8-6 win over the Chatham Maroons on October 3rd, he scored three goals and added an assist. He notched another 4-point night (goal, three assists) in the Lincolns' 7-5 victory over the St. Thomas Stars on the 17th. One week later, he scored a goal and had five assists in a 9-3 win over the Maroons. He finished his October with a two-goal effort in the Lincolns' 3-2 win over the Lambton Shores Predators on Halloween night.

Blair's scoring exploits led the Lincolns to a 9-2-0 record in October, good for fourth place in the GOJHL Western Conference standings. He is currently the third leading scorer among Western Conference players. His six power play goals this season are tied for second-most in the conference, one behind team-mate Brenton Kemp.

Blair will be recognized in a ceremony prior to an upcoming Lincolns home game.
